The Temple Wildcat junior varsity basketball team had a strong start in Tuesday's matchup with Killeen Shoemaker at Wildcat Gym. However, leading 32-24 at the half, Shoemaker rallied to draw even with the Cats at 43-43 going to the fourth and ended up defeating Temple by a score of 63-56.

The Wildcat had three players score in double digits with Jayden Watkins 19, Terrell House 14 and Jeremiah Blunson with 13.

Also for Temple, Gunnar Westbrook had 8 points and Sammy Smith with 3 points..

Temple returns to action on Friday as they will host Bryan in their final game of the season beginning at 5:30 pm.
