The following items will be enforced for the benefit and safety of all spectators:
General Facilities
- ·
Live
animal mascots, cannons, firearms, fireworks, etc. are prohibited at League
athletic contests. Releasing balloons is prohibited at League athletic contests
held outdoors. [UIL Constitution and Contest Rules: section 1208 (n)]
- ·
No
outside food or drink. This does not apply to band, drill team, or
cheerleaders.
- ·
No
coolers or backpacks will be allowed in the stadiums.
- ·
No
smoking or tobacco use of any kind in or around the stadium.
- ·
Law
prohibits firearms and weapons of any kind.
- ·
If
leaving the stadium you must purchase another ticket to re-enter.
- ·
No
standing or sitting on any rails or fences.
- ·
No
loitering in aisles, walkways, or stairs.
- ·
Crossover
to the opposite side of the stadium is prohibited at any time except for
performing groups at halftime.
- ·
No
skateboards, bicycles, roller blades, Frisbees, or balls of any type are
allowed in the stadium.
- ·
All
signs and banners must be to promote the school team and program. No negative
signs toward the opponent. At the closure of the event, designated personnel
from each school will remove all signage and straps.
- ·
No
animals or pets of any type are allowed in the stadium.
- ·
No
solicitation of any type by any group other than athletic, band, cheer, and
drill team booster clubs.
- ·
Anyone,
not in uniform, on the sideline must have a sideline pass or school district
I.D. badge.
- ·
No
one other than players, coaches, trainers, and managers are allowed the “team
area”. (25 yard line to 25 yard line)
- ·
The
press box is for authorized personnel and invited guests only. Passes will be
issued and must be presented to security prior to being admitted. Children of
press box participants are not allowed unless approved by TISD Administration
- ·
No
one under the age of 18 years old may enter the press box
Ticket Booths & Gates:
- ·
All
Temple ISD athletic event tickets are sold online at Hometown
Ticketing Website.
Tickets will be sent to your email after purchase. Show this ticket including
the QR code at the gate to enter the stadium.
- ·
Gates will open 1 hour 30 minutes prior to the game time for
spectators. Home gates are located on the North side of the stadium. Visitor
gates are located on the Southwest corner/visitor side of the stadium.
- ·
All high school must have a school ID or be accompanied by a
parent/adult to enter the game.
- ·
All elementary and Middle School students must be accompanied by
an adult to enter the game.
- ·
All spectators entering the game on a pass (faculty,
administrator, coaches, or district) must present the pass at the gate to
enter.
- ·
Band members, drill team, cheerleaders, and pep squads must enter
through the assigned gate. They must be accompanied by a sponsor.
- ·
Spectators will not be allowed to leave the stadium and return
without purchasing another ticket.
- ·
No outside food or drink may be brought into the stadium; this
does not apply to the band, drill team, or cheerleaders.
- ·
Coolers are not allowed.
- ·
No pets are allowed except for guide dogs.
- ·
No student backpacks are allowed in the stadium.
Playing Field:
- ·
Spectators are not allowed on the field of play before the game.
- ·
Only emergency vehicles may be parked inside the stadium. No
vehicles of any kind are allowed to drive on the field surface; including
trailers and golf carts.
- ·
All equipment on wheels must not be moved across the field. Please
move such equipment around the outside boundaries of the field.
- ·
All team personnel and support groups must be in uniform. Those
not participating should remain in the stands. This includes coaches, trainers,
student trainers, student managers, and any other support staff. Each school is
responsible for their sideline.
- ·
Food, gum, sunflower seeds, and tobacco are prohibited at all
times around or on the field area.
- ·
Props that will mark or cut the field surface will not be
permitted.
- ·
Victory lines should be limited to drill teams, pep squads, and
cheerleaders only.
