Neither are the Harker Heights Knights.
That’s why their offseason union seemed so perfect when the Knights were looking for a head coach.
So far, so good.
Josiah Rollins scored 24 points on Tuesday — including a critical five-point possession in the third quarter — and Heights routed Temple 68-49 to clinch a playoff spot in Fossett’s debut season.
And the Knights (23-8, 8-1 District 12-6A) aren’t done yet. They moved a half-game ahead of idle Shoemaker in the race for the league championship.
Shoemaker also clinched a playoff spot, courtesy of the Knights' win.
Other scorers for Heights were Keyaun Martin (14 points), C2 Evans (10), Larone James (nine) and Leo Wilson (eight).
