HEWITT- The Tem-Cat basketball team fell to Midway by a score of 40-34 on Friday evening in a 12-6A matchup at Hewitt.

Temple was led by Dawn Smith who tallied a team high 15 points while also having 8 rebounds, 2 assist, 2 steals and 1 block.

Also for Temple, Dejah Thomas with 7 points, 12 rebounds, 3 steals and 2 blocks; Jayla Govan 5 points, 3 rebounds2 steals; Tierney Perkins 4 points, 5 rebounds, 6 assist, 3 steals; Jesse Johnson 3 points, 6 rebounds, 2 steals and 2 assist.

Temple will return to action on January 28th when they will host Harker Heights at 7:00 pm.
