The Temple Wildcat junior varsity boys basketball team fell to Midway on Friday evening at Wildcat Gym by a score of 59-49.

The Wildcats started hot leading 20-13 after one and tied at 32 going to half with Jeremiah Blunson scoring 12 first half points. However a sluggish third quarter was costly to the Wildcats as the Panthers pulled away down the stretch.

The Wildcats were led by Devonte McClennon with 15 points and Jeremiah Blunson with 13.

Also for Temple, Jayden Watkins 11 points, Terrell House, Stephen Midturi with 3 points and with 2 points each were Gunnar Westbrook and Sammy Smith.

Temple will return to action on January 28th when they will face Harker Heights on the road beginning at 5:30 pm.
