COPPERAS COVE - The Tem-Cat junior varsity basketball team traveled to Copperas Cove and won a road game as the defeated the Lady Dawgs by a score of 38-27.

with the victory, Temple improve to 7-1 in district play and 18-5 overall.

The Tem-Cats were led by Audrey Troup with 13 points and Jazarah Canady with 11 points.

Also for Temple, Ka'Myhria Freeman with 7 points, Aniya Brumet 4 points, Jayden Faulks 2 points and Aalyiah Abddeen with 1 point.

Temple (18-5)will return to action on January 24th when they will travel to Hewitt to take on the Midway Pantherettes at 5:30 pm.
