BRYAN - The Tem-Cat Basketball team opened 12-6A play on Tuesday with a 62-33 loss on the road at Bryan.

The Tem-Cat were led by senior Dejah Thomas who tallied 14 points while grabbing 12 rebounds, had 3 assist and one block.

Jayla Govan with 7 points, 3 rebounds; Tiereny Perkins chipped in 5 points 2 rebounds, 2 steals; Dawn Smith 4 points, 6 rebounds, 2 assist; Jesses Johnson 2 points, 3 rebounds and Kendall Tate with 1 point.

Temple (0-1) in district play will return to play on December 17th when they will host Copperas Cove at Wildcat Gym beginning at 7:00 pm.
