The Tem-Cat junior varsity basketball improved their record to 7-1 on the season with a 51-35 victory over Godley on Saturday afternoon at Wildcat Gym
Temple took full control of the contest early scoring 38 of their 51 points in the first half with Jazarah Canady scoring 8 first quarter points.
Jazarah Canady led Temple with 8 points while Mariah Dixon and Ka'Myhria Freeman had 7 points apiece.
Also for the Tem-Cats, Audrey Troup with 6 points, Aniya Brumet, Jayden Faulks 5 points; Jade Donoso, Sanaa Rice, Aaliyah Abddeen each with 4 points and Sha'Nyah Roby with 3 points.
The Tem-Cart will return to action on Tuesday when they will face Waco High on the road beginning at 5:00 pm.
