The Temple freshman blue basketball team dropped their season opener at home to Liberty Hill on Tuesday by a score of 55-41.

Brycen Thomas led the Wildcats with 12 points while Landon Walker had 8 points.

Also for the Wildcats, Bradyn Williams had 6 points, Gunnar Westbrook had 5 points, Aiden Hamilton with 4 points and with 2 points each were D'Andre Green, Tristan Reaves and Bryson Williams.

Temple will return to action on Thursday when they will participate in the Killeen Shoemaker Tournament this weekend.
