The Temple junior varsity boys basketball team hosted Liberty Hill on Tuesday for their season opener. With several players being elevated to the varsity team for Tuesday's game, the Wildcats fell to the Panthers by a score of 64-13.

Pedro Sierra Gomez and Benjamin Romero led the Wildcats in scoring with 3 points each while Terrell House, Ja'Korian Jerome-Selby and Jayme Wilson each had 2 points. Frank Vealencis rounded out the scoring with one point.

Temple will return to action on Thursday when they will participate in the Killeen Shoemaker Tournament.
