The Tem-Cat junior varsity girls basketball team coasted past Pflugerville Weiss by a score of 57-22 at Wildcat Gym on Tuesday evening.
Temple built a 26-13 lead by halftime with Ka'Myhria Freeman leading the way with 8 points while Audrey Troup chipped in 5 points.
Freeman led the way in the second half with 8 more points while Audrey Troup and Sanaa Rice chipped in 6 points each.
Ka'Myhria Freeman led the Tem-Cats with 16 points on the night while Audrey Troup had 11, Azul Ceja with 7 points, Sanaa Rice, Aniyah Brumet and Jazarah Canady each with 6 points, Jayden Faulks 3 points and with 2 points was Azaria Ellison.
Temple will return to action on Thursday in the Austin McCallum Tournament with a matchup with Marble Falls at 1:00 pm.
