At Temple’s annual Blue-White spring game Wednesday evening, the cool, blustery, overcast weather at Wildcat Stadium made it feel more like late October than early May.

Of course, that’s exactly when the optimistic Wildcats of second-year head coach Chad President hope to play their best football during the upcoming season.

Temple completed four weeks of spring practice with an entertaining matchup that saw the Blue/offense team — sparked by Kylan Basinger’s touchdown passes of 33 and 31 yards to fellow junior-to-be Bradyn Williams — finish with a 51-48 advantage over the White/defense squad.
