BELTON– The Temple varsity boys cross country team competed in the Po-Fit Last Chance Invitational held at Heritage Park in Belton on Thursday.
The Wildcats took 3rd Place in the teams standings with 99points while Round Rock McNeil won the team title with 58 points.
The Wildcats were led by Xavier Tools who placed 3rd Place overall and ran the 3 mile course in a time of 15:56.

Temple returns to competition on October 10 as they will run in the District 12-6A Championships held at the HOT Soccer Complex in Waco.
