SALADO– The Temple varsity boys cross country team competed in the Salado Invitational on Thursday morning at Tenroc Park in Salado.
The Wildcats took 3rd Place in the teams standings with 92 points while Salado won the team championship with 34 points.
Temple was led by Xavier Tools who took 5th place and ran the 3000 meter course in a time of 16:44 while La'Ron Alexander took 11th Place with a time of 17:03.

Temple returns to competition on September 19 as they will run in the Broncho Invitational at Crossroads Park.
