KILLEEN - The Tem-Cat freshman track & field team competed in the District 12-6A freshman track & field championships on Wednesday night.
The Tem-Cats took 3rd Place in the team standing with a total of 134 points while Harker Heights took 1st Place with 164 points.
The Tem-Cats were led by the throwing events in which Kimorah Fillmore won gold in both the shot put and discus while Alaina Lopez got silver in the shot put and bronze in the discus.
Also looking strong was the silver medal performance from the 4x200 and 4x400 relay teams.
