HUTTO - The Tem-Cat junior varsity track & field team competed in the Hippo Relays at Hutto High School on Thursday.
The Tem-Cats took 2nd Place in the team standing with a total of 132 points while Cedar Ridge took 1st Place with 163 points.
The Tem-Cats were led by gold medal performances from Kyera banks in the 200 meters, Aaliyah Abddeen in the shot put and silver medal performances from all three relays. Ka'Myhria Freeman also earned silver in the shot put.
