The Temple Tem-Cat volleyball team hosted league leading Midway at Wildcat Gym on Friday night but came up short to the Pantherettes by a score of 25-19, 25-17, 26-24.
Taylor Regula had a team high 8 kills for the Tem-Cat offense while also producing 4 aces and 6 digs while Kylie Rayas dished out a team high 17 assist with 6 digs.
Kendall Tate had another solid night with 14 assist, 3 kills, 8 digs and 2 blocks.
Also for the Tem-Cats, Keagan Bankston 5 digs, Dawn Smith 8 digs, 5 kills; Kylie Dixon 7 kills, 3 digs; Jaidyn Henry 3 kills and Dejah Thomas 6 kills.
Temple 16-22 overall returns to play on October 15 with a road match at Harker Heights beginning at 6:00 pm.
