SALADO – The Temple junior varsity boys cross country team competed in the Salado Invitational held at the Tenroc Park in Salado on Thursday.

The Wildcats took 5th Place in the teams standings with 130 points while East View won the team title with 25 points.

Temple was led by Xavier Wilson who took 7th place overall in the individual standings as Xavier ran the 3 mile course in a time of 18:28.

Temple returns to competition on September 19 as they will run in the Broncho Invitational at Crossroads Park.
