Now, a man who is Temple to his core and mature beyond his years has landed his dream job as head football coach of the tradition-rich Wildcats.
Temple ISD on Friday announced it was hiring the 28-year-old President to lead its program, effective immediately. It’s the first head coaching position for President, whose play-calling for a productive offense helped propel the resurgent Wildcats (7-4) to a 6A Division I playoff berth last season.
“This was my dream as a kid.
