The Temple Tem-Cat junior varsity volleyball team put on a clinic at Wildcat Gym on Friday evening, securing a dominant non-district win over the visiting Taylor Ducks. Temple set the tempo early and never looked back, defeating Taylor in straight sets, 25-7 and 25-13.
From the opening serve, the Tem-Cats showcased a balanced attack and crisp rotation. Setters Anisya Villela and Reliana Jones dictated the tempo masterfully, feeding their hitters while keeping the Ducks' defense off balance with aggressive serving. Lala Akiode and Deonnie Jones anchored the frontline, putting relentless pressure on Taylor at the net throughout both sets.
