The Wildcats struck with more force Tuesday then waited almost 4 ½ hours to put away Cove with one final decisive wallop.
Yahir Bocanegra laced the last of his three doubles down the line in left field where it settled in the corner to score Champ Mayo and Jaden Fuentes for the tying and go-ahead runs in the bottom of the 12th inning to lift Temple to a rousing 7-6 victory after the Bulldawgs claimed their first lead of the night in the top of the inning.
