KILLEEN, TX — The Temple Wildcat Junior Varsity Blue soccer team kicked off District 12-6A play in dominant fashion on Tuesday night, securing a gritty 2-0 road victory over the Killeen Shoemaker Grey Wolves.
From the opening whistle, the Wildcats established a high-tempo rhythm, controlling possession and stifling the Shoemaker counter-attack. The defensive unit remained composed throughout the match, ensuring the Grey Wolves had few looks at the net and securing a clean sheet to start the conference schedule.
