Both 17-year-olds are in their first season as primary performers after serving as backup defenders and contributors on special teams as juniors. Both also compete in track and field. Each has six siblings. And both are outstanding students, with Wilson maintaining a 4.992 GPA while participating in Temple’s International Baccalaureate program and Williams carrying a 4.0 GPA.
One more common thread becomes apparent in a conversation with them. Williams and Wilson do not take playing football for granted. They savor every opportunity they receive to represent Temple on the gridiron.
