They have a speedy senior wide receiver who’s produced staggering statistics along with a first-year varsity quarterback who’s put up stellar numbers and avoided key mistakes.
The Wildcats completed a perfect non-district run last Friday by hitting the road and overpowering winless Austin High 48-14 at House Park.
But that description also matches the Killeen Shoemaker squad of ninth-year head coach Toby Foreman, whose unbeaten Grey Wolves pulled away from host Waco University in the second half for a 47-28 win last Thursday.
